In Store Returns For Refunds or Exchanges:
Thank you for purchasing from the Olympic Oval Skate Shop.
We will accept returns and exchanges with the original receipt for 60 days after purchase. All items must be unused and in the original packaging. Returns will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 60 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Online Ordering Sizing:
It is often hard to find the correct size the first time when making an online order. A good method we have found to work well, is to purchase a few sizes for your first order and return what does not fit by following the process below. This ensures you receive the proper size in the shortest amount of time and with the least shipping cost.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please provide us with a tracking number for return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. Once approved your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
When exchanging an item for a different product, or a different size you will need to create a new order. Warranty:
We only replace items that have manufacturer defects. Damage from regular use is not covered under warranty. An example of regular use would be a broken blade or separated tube. Please contact us directly to inquire about a warranty if unsure.
